Our principal cohort is designed to support and empower new principals throughout the year. Led by experienced master principals, this program offers a blend of fellowship, professional learning, and personalized support. Participants will engage in regular meetups that focus on timely topics relevant to their roles, providing practical insights and collaborative problem-solving.

 Additionally, new principals have opportunities that facilitate one-on-one connections with seasoned principals, allowing for personalized guidance and mentorship. This cohort provides a unique, supportive environment where new leaders can grow, learn, and succeed together.
