Can I go to my personal doctor for a workplace injury?
A: No. You are required to treat with a provider in the alliance network for workers’ compensation. The only exception is if your personal doctor is in the alliance network. A list of local providers is available from Risk Management and a complete list of providers can be found at www.pswca.org

Am I required to seek medical attention if I am injured at work?
A. No. The decision of whether to seek medical attention is entirely up to you.

If my vehicle is damaged on district property, what do I do?
A: Notify your campus/department supervisor and Risk Management.

When do I need to submit a Burglary, Vandalism, Loss Report?
A: A BVL report should be filed for any occurrence of loss to district property. The BVL report can be found on the Risk Management website under forms.
Loss reports should be routed as follows:- Facilities- keys, swipe cards
- Technology Services- Technology issued to students for virtual/remote learning
- Risk Management- All other district barcoded assets and district property

How do I get approved to drive a district vehicle?
A: Complete a motor vehicle record authorization form (located on the Risk Management page under forms) and submit original form to the Risk Management office at least 1 week in advance of your scheduled trip. Please ensure your supervisor signs the form. You and your supervisor will receive an email indicating whether you are approved to drive a district vehicle.
