The School Leadership Department is committed to the effective management, guidance, and evaluation of schools and principals within Killeen ISD. We ensure that campus leadership teams receive the necessary resources, support, and accountability to meet district student achievement goals while also fostering the growth of both teachers and school leaders. 

• Elementary Schools (from PreK through 5th grade)
• Secondary Schools (from 6th through 12th grade)

Our team is dedicated to empowering school principals through coaching, goal setting, and continuous support to drive student achievement. We evaluate and refine instructional practices, coordinate leadership staffing, and use data-driven insights to enhance teaching and learning across Killeen ISD.

By developing leadership capacity, managing resources equitably, and fostering inclusive school environments, we ensure that every campus meets the diverse needs of its students. Through collaboration and strategic planning, we align our efforts with district, state, and federal requirements, all while maintaining a focus on excellence and equity in education.
