• RTI is a process implemented throughout KISD schools to ensure all students have access to high quality instruction. The RTI framework supports students' academic and behavioral needs through an early identification process and the implementation of multi-tiered intervention resulting in: increased student achievement, professional collaboration, and overall school improvement.
