Balance Refunds

  • End of the School Year Information

    Any remaining money will carry over to the next school year if your student will still be in Killeen ISD.

    1. Request a refund through SchoolCafe or email KISD.VerifyMeals@killeenisd.org (Please include your student's name, student's ID number, campus name, date of birth, mailing address, and phone number in the email.) 
    2. Request to transfer the money to a sibling via SchoolCafe or email KISD.VerifyMeals@killeenisd.org. (Please include your student's name, campus name, student's date of birth in the email.)
    3. Is your child graduating/withdrawing from Killeen ISD? If so, fill out the SN Balance Withdrawal Form by clicking here.
    4. Is your child staying in Killeen ISD?  If your student has money on their account at the end of the year it will be available for them to use for the next school year on the first day of school.  
    5. Request to donate the money to students who need it via SchoolCafe or email KISD.VerifyMeals@killeenisd.org. (Please include your student's name, campus, and date of birth in the email.)
    If a student accrues a negative balance, payments can be submitted either via the parent portal in SchoolCafe or in-person in the cafeteria prior to the last day of school.
