The Treasury Department coordinates the financial planning, procurement, and investment of funds for the school district by projecting and monitoring the cash flow for all district funds; assisting with matching cash flow and investment maturities and completes investment transactions; supervising the collection and receipting of all district accounts receivable, ticket sales, revenues (state and local tax, summer school, food services, etc.) return meal money, inter-fund transfers, etc; managing change fund and commission distributions for the district, return check service provided to KISD for returned check collections (Checkredi), and the armored car service provided to KISD for cash collection operations.

As of July 1, 2024, a clear bag procedure was instituted for spectators attending any event held within a Killeen ISD athletic facility that requires a ticket to enter. Click here to read more. 

Golden Age Club Cards will now be issued annually. Cards will be available for pick up beginning July 8th and will be valid through June 30th. Current cardholders must pick up a new card at the KISD Administration Building beginning July 8th.

If you are age 55 years or older, we invite you to receive a KISD Golden Club Card that grants you free admission to KISD sponsored events. (This offer does not include events that are sponsored by the Booster Clubs, PTA, or are fundraising events.) Visit our Main Administration building located at 200 North WS Young Drive in Killeen and present a valid picture ID to claim your KISD Golden Club Card.
