The College, Career, and Military Readiness team oversees and supports our district's work in the following areas:

Advanced Academics: Advanced Placement, AVID, Dual Credit, International Baccalaureate (IB), Gifted & Talented, STEM, and the Texas Bioscience Institute (TBI).

Career & Technical Education: Connecting students to career pathways through Career and Technical Programs of Study

Military Readiness: Military awareness, recruiter relations, and resources for military preparation

Secondary Counseling & Advising: Middle and high school counseling programs 

Special Campuses: Early College High School, KISD Career Center and Pathways Academic Campus

STEM Academy: We have STEM Academies in Nolan Middle School, Roy J. Smith Middle School, and each of our comprehensive high school campuses
