My name is Tasha M. Gardner, I am one of the counselors at CHS, students A-Cl. I graduated from Killeen High School and attended the University of Texas and Tarleton State University.

In my experience as a teacher and counselor, the key to success is to recognize and promote student potential as early as possible. My primary goals as a counselor are to ensure your student experiences, academic success, social growth and development, and membership in clubs and organizations that encourage teamwork and community building. High school is a time of immense physical and emotional growth, with your support CHS will help your student transition to taking a more independent role in their educational experience. This will culminate in graduating and transitioning into college, technical school, military service, or entrance into the workforce. I will be available to meet with students as necessary throughout the day and with parents with an appointment. Together, I know we can make the CHS experience positive for you and your student.
