Rachel Fratto grew up as a military connected child, moving often. She attended eight elementary and middle schools, and four high schools across the United States and the world, settling in at C. E. Ellison and graduating after her Jr. year. Mrs. Fratto then attended CTC and graduated from Texas A&M -College Station with a Bachelor of Arts in History and Psychology. She holds a Master's degree in Educational Leadership and Policy Studies from The University of Texas at Arlington and is a Doctoral Candidate in Educational Leadership at West Texas A&M University. Mrs. Fratto started her teaching career in Middle School Reading and Intervention in Copperas Cove ISD, but has spent most of her career in Killeen ISD, where she taught an elementary class and Middle School English. She most recently served for six years as an assistant principal at Roy J. Smith Middle School. She and her husband have four children and enjoy supporting them in their learning and activities.
