Ms. Rachel Bailey

I am Rachel Bailey, and I have proudly served in Killeen ISD for over 15 years. My career includes 11 years of teaching at Harker Heights High School and positions as a Campus Instructional Specialist at Smith Middle School and Harker Heights High School. Most recently, I served as an Assistant Principal at Harker Heights High School.

Growing up in Cincinnati, Ohio, I pursued my passion for education at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where I earned my bachelor's degree. I later received a master's degree in Educational Leadership from Lamar University. When I'm not at school, I love reading and playing with my dogs.

I am passionate about creativity and value the interactions I have with our students and staff. It's an honor to contribute to our students' growth and help them achieve their dreams in a positive environment where every student can thrive.
