Mr. Miguel Timarky

New Jersey is where I am originally from and after serving 22 years in the Military, Texas is now my home. It is a pleasure to serve our students and the Killeen ISD community. I am committed to a positive partnership with you to ensure our students can achieve their highest potential. Prior to coming to the Career Center, I served as a Special Education teacher and coach at Ellison High School. Also, I served as an assistant principal and high school principal in our neighboring district. Regardless of the position and its responsibilities, a theme throughout my career has been creating teamwork and alignment among the various campus structures and processes to provide increased opportunities for teacher collaboration and student learning. “We can achieve more by learning together, One Body One Team” 

My wife and I have been married for 36 years. We have four girls; TeQouiya, Tenia, Tierra, Taimane, and a son; Elijah. We also have three granddaughters; Isabel; Liliani, Maelani, and one grandson; Elijah.

On a personal note, I love good food, watching a good movie, or a good sporting event.
