Mrs. Howell

Welcome to the 2024-2025 School Year!! My name is Monica Howell, and I am excited to be part of the Mountain Lion family as your At-Risk Counselor. I have been with KISD for 24 years, and this year will be my 18th year as an Elementary School Counselor.  I have had the opportunity to work with kids in Pre-K through 5th grade and enjoy watching them grow through their developmental milestones and achieve their academic and social-emotional potential. I look forward to working alongside such great educators, leaders, and families to help our young Mountain Lions succeed this year.
