Philosophy of Education: Every student is unique in their own special way and should be provided with an opportunity to learn at their maximum potential, no matter their individual needs. I believe it is my responsibility, as an educator, to set the foundation from the start. This can be done by providing an engaging, yet positive and safe learning environment, allowing each student to know that they play an integral part in the learning process. In addition, I believe it is important to build relationships with my students through motivation, encouragement, and the setting of high expectations in order for each student to reach their full potential.
