 Welcome to Maude Moore Wood Elementary!

     I am honored and thankful for the opportunity to serve the staff, students, and families of this great community as principal.  I believe our school is an amazing place where teachers challenge students to think critically while praising growth and building positive relationships daily.

     I have 16 years of experience as a classroom teacher and assistant principal in Killeen ISD. Prior to leadership, I taught in PK, 1^st and 3^rd grades.  I am a native to the Killeen area and a proud graduate of Ellison High School, Baylor University and the University of Texas at Tyler.  I love working with teachers and parents as we strive to ignite a passion and a love for learning in all of our students! 

     I am excited to collaborate with you to ensure a fantastic school year.  I look forward to meeting with you and watching your child grow.
