Mrs. Savali Siaosi

My name is Savali Siaosi and I am thrilled to be Clarke's full-time professional school counselor. This is my 18th year in education and there's nothing else I'd rather do!

As the Campus-Based Military Liaison,  I am here to support military-connected students and their families by connecting them with resources to support their academic, social, behavioral, and personal goals.  In addition, I coordinate activities and events with the 57th ESBE, Clarke Elementary’s Adopt-a-School Unit.

I sponsor the Leadership Club/Youth Ambassadors who can give guided tours of the campus to new students and ensure that new students have familiar faces to eat lunch with throughout the first week and beyond.  I also offer professional development opportunities for staff members on issues related to military-connected students.

In April, Clarke will also celebrate the Month of the Military Child by wearing purple and other activities.  I look forward to partnering with you to help our military-connected students to succeed.

Please feel free to email me at Savali.Siaosi@killeenisd.org or call me at

(254)336-1510 if I can support you in any way.

Mrs. Carolyn Daniels

My name is Carolyn Daniels. I am part of the counseling team at Clarke Elementary. I have been an educator with the Killeen Independent School District for 30 years. While traveling with my husband who was serving in the U.S. Army, I had the opportunity to obtain a Masters Degree in Curriculum & Instruction.

Upon arriving in Killeen, I taught 1st and 2nd grades at Hay Branch Elementary School. Later on, I accepted a position at Clarke Elementary as a classroom teacher and a Dyslexia teacher.

I have a certification in School Counseling from Central Texas A&M University.

As an elementary school counselor, I support all students and staff. It is my belief that all students can succeed and are life-long learners. I further believe that each student's uniqueness and diversity should be respected with dignity.
