Arrival & Dismissal Procedures

  • Clarke Elementary is a 100% ID check campus. 

    At Clarke Elementary, our dismissal procedures are designed with the utmost care and safety in mind. We prioritize the well-being of our students, staff, and the community during this critical transition period. Our dedicated staff is always on hand to assist and guide students as they enter/exit the school premises, and we appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a secure and efficient dismissal routine.

    Thank you for entrusting us with your child's education, and together, we can make arrival/dismissal a safe and streamlined experience for all.

Morning Drop Off Procedures 

    • Parents say "Goodbye" at the door.

    • 1st, 2nd and 3rd Grade - Students enter through the main front doors by the cafeteria.

    • Kinder and Pre-K 4 - Students enter through the doors on the far left of the school by the library.

    • Pre-K 3 - Students enter through the doors at the center of the school. 

    7:30 a.m. Breakfast Students Only (PK4-3rd). PK3 students eat in the classroom at 8:15.

    7:45 a.m. All students enter the building:

    • Main door grades 1-3
    • PK3 door PK3
    • Library door grades PK4 and kinder

    7:55 a.m. First Bell

    8:00 a.m. Tardy Bell

Dismissal Procedures

  • 100 % ID Check

    • Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4 - Parents pick up students at the front of the building
    • K, 1st, 2nd and 3rd - Parents pick up students under the building

    ** The adult picking up the student(s) must be listed on your child's contact information. Please call the office at 254-336-1510 to add to your contact information. **

    • 3:25 PK3 dismiss at the PK3 doors
    • 3:25 PK4 dismiss at the main entrance, please look for the teacher's name
    • 3:25 Kinder dismiss under the building, please look for the teacher's name
    • 3:30 Grades 1-3 dismiss under the building, please look for teacher's name
