Ms. Ayonna Johnson
Ayonna Johnson is a trained Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Clinically Certified Trauma Professional (CCTP). She earned a Dual Master’s in Clinical Counseling and Divinity in 2012 from Ashland Theological Seminary. She obtained her professional counseling license in Ohio (2012) and in Texas (2017). Ayonna worked as a Military Family Life Counselor at Audie Murphy Middle School for six years on Fort Cavazos in Texas. There she worked alongside staff to address various social, emotional, and educational needs of the students and families. Families and students were about to confidently address their concerns without feeling judged or ashamed.
In February 2023, Ayonna Johnson began her private virtual practice, Wellness Seeds Counseling, to expand her reach to help others address how to achieve wholistic wellness. Her expertise includes serving clients with concerns ranging from transitions, relationships, anxiety, self-esteem, stress, school issues and grief to name a few.
Ayonna Johnson, is also the author of the book entitled “What if God was in My Pocket?” It is a children’s book to help children to process one’s responsibilities for their actions. Mrs. Johnson enjoys working with children and can meet them at their level, regardless of their age.
