Ebony Kees

Hello! My name is Ebony D. Kees, and I am the Social and Emotional Learning Specialist (Counselor) at EHMS. 2024-2025 will be my 11^th year with KISD, fifth year as a School Counselor, and I have taught kindergarten and first grade. I have a Bachelor of Science degree from Grand Canyon University and a Master of Education degree in Counseling and Development - Professional School Counseling from Lamar University.

As the SEL Specialist at EHMS, I will provide social, emotional, behavioral, and academic support to all grade levels, as well as provide resources and support to Panther families who may be experiencing homelessness, hunger, financial struggles, etc. 

I am married to my husband of over 23 years, and we have three children (one son and two daughters) and a dog. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, cooking, taking pictures, traveling, watching movies, creating memories, as well as encouraging others.
