Hello Peebles Panthers and Families!

I’m Ms. Bailey, your Peebles Elementary librarian.  This is my 17th year in education with KISD.  I enjoy reading and spending time with family and friends.  I believe reading is the most important part of becoming a lifelong learner and this is why I am excited to be your librarian. I also believe that through collaboration and support our library will engage our students and will encourage a love for reading.   My goal is to meet the needs of the community by being accessible and supportive.  I am here to help in any way I can!

Soy la Sra. Bailey, la bibliotecaria de la escuela Elemental Peebles . Este es mi año número 17 en educación con KISD. Me gusta leer y pasar tiempo con familiares y amigos. Creo que leer es la parte más importante para convertirse en un aprendiz de por vida y es por esto que estoy tan contenta de ser tu bibliotecaria. También creo que a través de la colaboración,  nuestra  biblioteca involucrará  a nuestros estudiantes y los motivará  a desarrollar amor por la lectura. Mi meta es satisfacer las necesidades de la comunidad estando accesible  y apoyando en lo que esté a mi alcance.  ¡Estoy aquí para ayudar de cualquier manera que pueda!
