Ms. Christina Srock

Welcome to Maude Moore Wood Elementary School!

     Christina Srock is currently an assistant principal of Maude Moore Wood Elementary School. She most recently served as a curriculum instructional specialist at Willow Springs Elementary. Before her time in leadership, Srock was a kindergarten, third, and fourth grade teacher at Clifton Park Elementary School for ten years. She was named as one of the 2013 KISD Elementary Teacher of the Year Finalists. Srock spent her last two years in the classroom as a fourth-grade teacher at Alice Douse Elementary School where she was named as one of the 2020 KISD Teacher of the Year Finalists.

     Srock has a Master’s of Education in Administration from Texas A&M Central Texas University in Killeen, Texas.

     A Killeen native, Srock attended Clifton Park Elementary School, Nolan Middle School, and graduated from Ellison High School. Srock grew up in the community surrounding Maude Moore Wood Elementary and is currently raising her family in the same area.

     Srock loves spending time with her husband Doug, daughter Madison, and son Douglas III. She has a sweet boy goldendoodle named J.D. and a kitten named Sugar Sassy.
