Mrs. Raychel Trevino

I am from the Rio Grande Valley located about 10 miles from the border of Mexico. After 13 years as a Human Resources Director, I moved into education. I taught 4^th & 5^th grade for 10 years at a Dual Language campus, and then 4 years as a librarian.

In 2018, my family and I moved to Cypress, TX, where I served as a librarian for the next 5 years, and created and led the district's diverse book list.

I have been married for 26 years, and have two children. My daughter, Catherine Grace, 25, is a Computer Engineer for IBM, and my son, Richard Austin, 23, is a Computer Science major at Mary Hardin-Baylor University.

We have had a family dog, Percy Jackson, for the last 15 years, and a cat, Chloe, who is 16 months old. 

I feel so blessed to be starting my 10^th year as a librarian at KES and look forward to being a Joey!
