    STUDENT AND STAFF HOLIDAY - MLK, Jr. Holiday In observance of the MLK, Jr. Holiday, Killeen ISD will be closed on Monday, January 15, 2018. All departments and campuses will resume normal hours on Tuesday, January 16, 2018.

  • Mandatory Student Password Change

    Beginning January 9th, all students will be required to change their password to continue using school computers, to check school email, to login to Schoology, and even to check grades. Start thinking of a new password now. Password must include ten characters, an uppercase letter, and a number or special character. Click the link for more details!

Announcements

  • Baseball Try-Outs-

    Baseball tryouts for this season will be conducted after school this Friday, Jan. 26, 2018 on the Ellison Baseball Field.  All participants must have a current physical, medical history, and all online paperwork submitted to the Athletic Trainers prior to the beginning of the tryout.  Bring your glove and cleats and do your best.

  • Senior Meeting-

    We will have a senior class meeting to discuss caps and gowns on Wednesday, Jan. 31, during 3rd period.  All students will report to class first and wait for the announcement to be released to the auditorium.  If you have a class off campus during this time, you cannot miss your class.  Just stop by Student Activities once you are back on campus to pick up the information you missed.

    Cap and gown sales will be in the commons area on Monday, Feb. 5, from 11:30am-1:30pm, and again on Tuesday, Feb. 6, from 11:30am-6:00pm.  Congrats Class 2018!

  • Choir- 

    The Choirs of Ellison High School will present Cabaret 2018 on Friday, January 26 and Saturday, January 27 at 7:00 PM in the Ellison Auditorium. Join us for a fun evening of your favorite pop, rock, country, and R&B hits from the 70’s to today! Admission at the door is $5 for students and $7 for adults. Ellison staff members pay the student price when they show their ID at the door! Come to the Cabaret!!

    Eagles, can you go the silent reading distance?  Whether you stay for an hour which is equivalent to a 5k reading finish or read for an entire four hours which is the equivalent to finishing a full Reading Marathon, we want you to join the EHS Library on Thursday, January 25th for an epic night in celebration of reading.  Grab your books, magazines, or e-book readers and get ready to read the night away.  Please stop by the library for all the details, and make sure to sign up for this fun event!

    Attention all Students: Do you want to guarantee your name is spelled correctly in the yearbook? Do you want to make sure your picture is in the correct grade? Then stop by room 300 to check you yearbook picture. Please stop by this week for any corrections. Again, stop by room 300 to check the spelling of your name in the yearbook.

    Calling all anime fans, fanfic writes, gamers, and everything in between!

     Anime Club is here to give you a place to relax, have fun, and make friends. You don’t have to pay or sign up to join, but if you want you can become a member and get a cool custom ID and shirt to wear!  Get together every Thursday in room 107 after school to enjoy anime, videogames, and general nerd culture over the sounds of screaming fans.

Need a place to hang out with your friends? Ellison's after school AYPYN program starts September 5th in the student union.
