Mr. Roger Anderson

As the Campus Technologist Support Specialist (CTSS), I pen this abridged life history with great zeal and elations that are charged with wholly longings to serve and represent Rancier Middle School (RMS) and the CTSS team to the best of my abilities. It is my desire to provide the best services that promote the learning and growth of our students and RMS campus through constant and divergent technology platforms.

Being a member of RMS and the community further pushes my desire to be a foundation and pillar that will forever support the aims of RMS, the administration, the staff, and only the greatest of all, our students. My past professional and life experiences influence my daily disposition that settle for nothing less than stellar performance for our team.

I have served in numerous positions since being in the district as a member of RMS. Presently, I am entering my second year as the CTSS for RMS. I can justly state without reservation that being a CTSS is one of many great vocations that I have had the privilege to perform. Too, I have worked as a skills and technology aide for RMS. Within the community, I was employed by Texas A&M University – Central Texas for 7.5 years, and I had the opportunity to work as the Assistant Director of Risk Management for Central Texas College for 3.5 years. To closeout my work experiences, I am a proud veteran, serving as an enlisted member and officer.  There is no greater cause than to provide a service to and for others.

Therefore, I am looking forward in the 2023-2024 academic year of providing relentless services that succor the growth and development of our future leaders of society.

In closing, remember, we sow what we reap. A community is only as strong as its members are. We are the ones who develop our students, members, leaders, and community through the processes of knowledge attainment.
