What is AVID?

• AVID is a college readiness class for 9^th-12^th students. Students spend their time in the AVID class completing curriculum that guides them to success in preparing for their future college experience. Each year, students complete projects based on college/careers, prepare for college entrance exams, and learn skills that will help them in their post-secondary education.
