Ms. Christine Notestine Douglass

I am so excited to be joining the Cavalier family this year!

 Though I originally hail from Indiana, I am very happy to now call Texas home. I have 1 son who just graduated from Shoemaker High School and will be beginning his new journey at Texas Tech University this fall. I am a 2003 Middle Childhood Education graduate from Bowling Green State University (Ohio), and a 2018 School Counseling graduate from Lamar University (Texas). This is my 16th year of working with KISD students in various capacities. Having taught at the elementary and middle school levels and mentored high school students in college and career preparation. I am knowledgeable about where our students have come from and where they are headed. I am confident I will be able to help guide our Cavaliers to success!
