Mrs. Stacy Scott

Mrs. Stacy Scott was born and raised in South Texas. She has lived all over the state but relocated to central Texas about 13 years ago. Mrs. Scott has been in education for more than 26 years. She has been married to her husband, David, for 25 years. She has two children, Tara and Roby. Her daughter Tara and son-in-law, Cody are both agriculture science teachers, and they have one son named Riley. Her son Roby is a Sargent in the Texas Highway Patrol and his wife Alysia, is an athletic trainer and they have two daughters, Olivia and Paityn. Her favorite pass time is spending time with her grandchildren.

She is an avid football fan and loves the Texas Longhorns! Mrs. Scott has four dogs a 17 y/o Chihuahua, named Ava. A 13 y/o Australian Shepherd named Shiloh. A 2.5 y/o German Shepherd, named Lola and a 2.5 y/o Dachshund mix named Rosita.

She graduated with an Associate of Applied Science degree in Bio-Medical Laser systems from TSTC. She earned her Bachelor of Applied Arts and Science degree in Occupational Education from Southwest Texas State University and her Master’s degree in Educational Technology from Texas State University. She is working on a Master’s in School Counseling.

She has worked in the Secondary and Post-secondary division as a teacher, instructor, technology specialist, curriculum designer, and instructional designer. She believes all teachers can be successful with the right support and teachers success means student success!  She is excited about becoming a member of Palo Alto Middle School!
