Campus Instruction Coach

I am the Campus Instructional Coach at Haynes. This is my tenth year with Killeen ISD, having spent the last four as a Happy Hornet at Haynes. As Campus Instructional Coach, my goal is to support all teachers with their professional growth and instructional effectiveness. It is an honor to work with dedicated professionals seeking opportunities to become better for your children every day.

During my 22 years in education, I am honored to have worked in military communities in Georgia, Louisiana, Tennessee, and Texas. I also taught in my home state of Ohio for several years. I am the proud wife of a retired US Army veteran and the mother of two girls. My oldest daughter is a graduate student at Florida State University, and my youngest attends Baylor University. 

At Haynes, we strive each day to focus on our vision of having a safe, welcoming environment and using wisdom and compassion to build positive relationships. By providing engaged learning in all classrooms, we expect significant academic growth in our students as we prepare today’s learners to become tomorrow’s leaders.
